At Sime Darby, our customers are our focus, and as a Service Advisor or Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for making the process smooth for customers and the team alike, communicating technical information in simple terms, and generally keeping customers happy. This is often a key career step for any skilled technician to develop for management roles.

Our Parts Advisors (or salespeople) are experts in seeking new customers and maintaining great relationships with our existing customers. Parts Advisors are great communicators, fantastic problem solvers, and a key part of making Sime Darby succeed.
The driving force behind the success of our Parts Teams, Parts Managers take care of planning and budgets to hit (and often exceed) team and company targets. Leader, motivator, organiser – become a Parts Manager and help keep your team – and our customers – happy.
Responsible for efficiently running an entire service department in our retail operations, this is a key senior management role responsible for customer service, recruitment, development and profit achievement. It requires outstanding leadership and technical skills.
