We’ve tried to make our process as smooth as possible for you, because we understand that applying for a job is scary enough without a complicated process.

How our recruitment process works
When you find a role online you fancy, just hit the Apply button. You should expect to hear back from us within five days of the close date. In case we’re moving faster than that, it’d be great to have all your contact details ready to go!
If your application meets our criteria, we will give you a call and discuss the details of your employment and understand your expectations of the role and our company. This usually takes approximately 10 to 20 minutes depending on the role you have applied for.
If we think you’ll be a great fit for one of our roles, we’ll give you a call and arrange an interview. If it’s not the right role for you, we’ll send you an email to break the bad news.
We’ll meet with you, have a chat, and get you to fill out a few forms to get to know you a little better. If we like you, we might even get you to complete some psychometric testing.
This is the business end—only a couple of you remaining now! We’ll meet again, go into a bit more detail, and maybe even show you through the business.
Getting close now! We need to talk to at least one previous employer, preferably three. If you’re fresh out of school, a teacher will be great.
Pre-employment medical/ drugs and alcohol assessment
We take the Health & Safety of our staff very seriously and so before we can welcome you to the team, we send you to a medical provider of our choice to complete a checkup.
If all goes well, we’ll give you a call to sort out the finer details—salary, package, start date etc. We’ll look to come to a verbal agreement, then send you a written employment agreement. Once this is returned… Welcome to the team!
